Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting issues and resolutions to enhance team knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to ensure continuous service availability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Clinical Data Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interactions within business systems.
- Good communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data handling and management principles relevant to clinical environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
