Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and technical strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in software development using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performing software components tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with system integration and API development to ensure seamless communication between software modules.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
