Project Role : Engineering Services Practitioner
Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the development of comprehensive engineering solutions that address various technical challenges. The role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure that engineering objectives align with broader business goals. Daily activities encompass working on structural and stress design aspects, assisting in qualification processes, managing configuration details, and contributing to technical management tasks. This position requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with multidisciplinary engineering functions to facilitate effective project execution and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting engineering processes and maintaining technical records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide input for engineering solutions.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes related to aircraft production.
- Familiarity with structural and stress analysis principles within the aerospace domain.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Experience in using engineering software tools to support design and analysis activities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
