Summary:
As a Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the complete delivery process or a specific segment of a contract to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial goals are achieved. This role requires maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing delivery results. The Delivery Lead actively seeks opportunities to expand business through up-selling or cross-selling, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to align delivery objectives with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project progress.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Delivery Governance.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and compliance standards related to security delivery.
- Experience in managing service delivery processes and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
- Ability to analyze delivery metrics and implement improvements to optimize service quality.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and effective communication across diverse teams.
- Competence in risk management and problem-solving within complex delivery environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
