Summary:
As a Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the complete delivery lifecycle or a specific segment of a contract to ensure all operational, contractual, and financial goals are achieved. This role requires maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency while managing delivery results. The Delivery Lead actively seeks opportunities to expand business through up-selling or cross-selling, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support team members to build capabilities and foster a collaborative work environment.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure cloud solutions using Google Cloud services.
- Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, and networking components.
- Ability to develop and implement cloud migration strategies and best practices.
- Skilled in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing cloud environments to ensure performance and cost efficiency.
- Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
