Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Continuous refinement and enhancement of software components are part of the daily workflow to support evolving organizational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in performance optimization and scalability of software components.
- Experience in collaborating across multiple teams to integrate complex system functionalities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Mgt PaPM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
