Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes and software engineering solutions that enhance user experience. Your typical day will involve collaborating with design teams to translate concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring that the solutions are not only visually appealing but also technically feasible. You will engage in iterative testing and feedback sessions to refine these prototypes, balancing user needs with technical constraints. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies, allowing you to contribute innovative ideas that improve the overall user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
