Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and stable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and updating knowledge base articles to enhance troubleshooting efficiency. Collaboration with external vendors and internal service management teams is a key part of the daily routine, ensuring thorough analysis and timely resolution of technical issues. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining system reliability and supporting continuous operational improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in monitoring system performance to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Contribute to the documentation of processes and procedures to facilitate team knowledge sharing.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Wireless Technologies Implementation.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and incident management related to wireless systems.
- Familiarity with creating and managing Requests for Change in an operational environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to document and update knowledge base articles clearly and accurately.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Wireless Technologies Implementation.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
