Summary:
As a Data Strategist, a typical day involves designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the organization s ability to manage and govern information effectively. This role focuses on creating a unified data architecture that ensures data integrity and security, enabling seamless access to reliable information. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, ultimately supporting organizational goals and fostering a competitive edge in the market. The Data Strategist plays a pivotal role in shaping how data is utilized to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making across the enterprise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Building Tool.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable data management solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and governance standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to implement data strategies effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Building Tool.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
