What would you do? Role Description The requirement involves analysing customer conversations to extract insights and sentiment, creating detailed reports, and delivering presentations. The analyst must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, capable of performing ad-hoc analyses, and maintaining databases. Key responsibilities include evaluating process changes, investigating surges in customer contacts, and working independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and familiarity with customer service processes. Role overview CL11 Conversation Analyst analysing customer sentiment and delivering insight reports. Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc. It focuses on tracking business performance through trusted data and insights while actively managing employee behaviors.
