Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Assistant Project Manager, ANS
THE WORK:
- You’ll work directly with project manager, field manager, MEP manager and/ or project executive to help review and implement project goals and ensure project goals are achievable.
- You’ll oversee various aspects of project controls and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
- You’ll be responsible for all project administration including management of the project management system.
- You’ll participate in project meetings and client presentations, documenting discussions, action items, and decisions to ensure clear communication of goals, timelines, and deliverables with the project team, clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
- You’ll support the management of projects from construction through closeout, with both internal and external project teams.
- You’ll administer the critical project construction processes such as Submittals, RFIs, Meeting Agendas & Minutes, Sign-in Sheets, Inspection Logs, Closeout Procedures to ensure timely and accurate documentation and approvals, and assist in the review of the contractor’s schedule, Payment Applications, and all requests for change orders.
- You’ll assist with the month’s reports and general project support.
- You’ll assist the field managers with daily reports, photos, inspections, and punch list items.
- You’ll develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to enhance repeat business opportunities and ensure long-term partnership success.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

$65,000 - $75,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering Technology, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- Experience in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Desire to learn, absorb, and move up
