Avaloq Business Analyst/Avaloq Developer
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain reports tailored to client and stakeholder needs
• Build and manage interfaces between core banking systems and other banking applications
• Provide application and production support, ensuring system stability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end system integration
• Execute and support System Integration Testing (SIT) to ensure solution quality
• Guide and mentor team members, driving delivery excellence and capability development
• Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
Required Qualifications
• 7–9 years of experience in IT systems development, parameterization, or application support
• Strong expertise in relational databases and programming (preferably Oracle and PL/SQL)
• Proven experience working with the Avaloq core platform, including certification (ACCP)
• Advanced knowledge of Avaloq Wealth modules and functionalities
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams in a delivery-focused environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Exposure to Temenos or other wealth platforms
• Background in business analysis within financial services or wealth management
• Experience working in large-scale system integration programs
