Project Manager/Business Analyst (Avaloq)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and overall governance of project timelines, scope, and deliverables
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Lead, coordinate, and supervise project or programme teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation
• Provide expert guidance on implementation best practices and optimization strategies
• Identify and manage risks and issues, providing solution-oriented recommendations to leadership
• Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems development, project management, and client engagement
• Proven track record leading medium to large-scale IT projects as an overall project leader
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in English is required as this role involves regular communication with English-speaking clients and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Avaloq or Temenos platforms
• Experience in banking or financial services applications
• Background in business analysis, particularly within wealth management or financial services
