Digital Core - Business Transformation Analyst
Role Overview
You will support large-scale transformation initiatives, working closely with project managers, functional leads, and stakeholders across business and technology teams. The role offers exposure to project management, change management, and business analysis, with opportunities to contribute to emerging technology adoption, including agentic AI and related innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress
Support PMO activities including status reporting, risk & issue tracking, governance documentation, and stakeholder communications
Business Analysis
Work with functional leads and business users to gather, document, and validate requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
System Implementation
Participate in end-to-end system implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment support
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration
Change Management & Adoption
Support change management initiatives including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and communication planning
Monitor adoption metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Innovation Technology
Stay informed on emerging technologies, particularly AI (e.g., agentic AI), automation, and digital transformation trends
Support pilot initiatives or proof-of-concepts involving new technologies
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in technology consulting, system implementation, or IT project delivery
Exposure to enterprise transformation programs or large-scale system implementations
Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
Business analysis / requirements gathering
PMO or project coordination
Change management or user adoption initiatives
