Primarily based in The Dock on Hanover Quay, the AV & Events Support Technician will provide first line support for our Accenture customers and client visits. The technician will report directly to the Ireland AV & Events team lead and work alongside the team of two other technicians. The technical side of the role will involve troubleshooting the AV installations which includes: Microsoft surface hubs, Cyviz video walls, Shure microphones, Planar/NEC/LG displays, Cisco Video Conferencing devices, PC/MAC/Android/IOS. The events side of the role will involve supporting live events in The Dock, Grand Canal Square and Grand Canal Plaza.
