Workforce Strategy Manager
About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Talent & Workforce transformation engagements covering strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, skills-based organization design, workforce transformation, and talent strategy.
- Advise HR and business leaders on workforce strategies that align talent supply with evolving business priorities, skills requirements, and AI-driven changes in work.
- Leverage workforce data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve workforce productivity, talent deployment, workforce agility, and cost effectiveness.
- Design workforce transformation roadmaps, target operating models, and implementation plans that support long-term business and talent objectives.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, executive workshops, and working sessions to build alignment and drive key workforce decisions.
- Manage project teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring quality delivery, effective team development, and successful client outcomes.
- Translate complex workforce insights into compelling executive-level recommendations and presentations.
- Support business development activities including opportunity identification, proposal development, client relationship management, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Contribute to the growth of Accenture's Talent Reinvention capability through knowledge development, asset creation, and mentoring of junior practitioners.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, workforce strategy, human capital consulting, organizational transformation, talent strategy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading workforce transformation, organization design, workforce planning, HR transformation, or talent strategy engagements.
- Strong understanding of strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, skills-based workforce approaches, and workforce operating models.
- Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and lead discussions with HR leaders, business leaders, and transformation sponsors.
- Strong project and team leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams in complex client environments.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-enabled workforce transformation, skills intelligence solutions, workforce planning platforms, or talent marketplace technologies.
- Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems, workforce analytics tools, and digital talent solutions.
- Experience working with multinational organizations across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated experience supporting sales pursuits, proposal development, and business growth initiatives.
- MBA, Master's degree, or relevant professional certifications preferred.
