Il tuo ruolo e le tue prospettive
Entrando a far parte del nostro network internazionale di talenti in ambito Legal, sosterrai i nostri elevati standard etici e promuoverai le best practice che ci contraddistinguono. In particolare, potrai supportare il business italiano, occuparti delle revisioni legali assegnate collaborando con i team business/sales e le funzioni aziendali interne (altre funzioni Legal, Finance, Procurement, ecc.)
Redigere e revisionare NDA, gestire RFP, proposte, accordi quadro, statement of work, memorandum of understanding, teaming agreement
Partecipare ai processi previsti nelle dinamiche delle gare d'appalto pubbliche
Fornire supporto contrattuale in merito ad elementi di negoziazione e valutazione dei rischi legali
Rappresentare gli interessi dell'azienda interfacciandosi con i team di negoziazione dei clienti
Consigliare e indirizzare gli stakeholders, sulla base di un'accurata interpretazione dei documenti contrattuali e degli elementi di un'opportunità di business

Esperienza di almeno 5 anni a supporto di aziende nel settore IT e di consulenza
Conoscenza e interesse a lavorare nel campo del Codice dei Contratti Pubblici, delle gare d'appalto e delle questioni correlate sarà considerato un plus
Capacità di negoziazione, problem solving e gestione del tempo
Laurea in Giurisprudenza, inglese fluente
