Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, with a strong understanding of HR processes and system configurations. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions that drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
- Configure Employee Central functionalities such as employee data management, workflows, business rules, event reason derivations, and foundation objects.
- Integrate Employee Central with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management) and third-party systems using standard integration tools.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing SuccessFactors implementations.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend relevant updates or improvements.
Qualifications:
Relevant Experience:
- Analyst to Senior Analyst: 2–5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations or support.
- Specialist / Team Lead / Consultant: 6+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS projects.
- Managerial Roles: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity, overseeing SAP SuccessFactors-related projects or teams.
Minimum Required Experience by Role:
- Analyst/Senior Analyst: 2+ years
- Specialist/Team Lead/Consultant: 5+ years
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including configuration and support.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and SAP HCM is a plus.
- Experience with full-cycle implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as employee lifecycle management, organizational management, and time off.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Based in Jakarta or Semarang, or willing to relocate.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel, when required.
