Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, refining application features, and ensuring seamless integration within the existing technology landscape. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the developer navigates through different stages of application development to deliver robust solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in developing and deploying scalable applications using cloud-based data analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration within unified analytics environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in distributed computing frameworks.
- Familiarity with collaborative development tools and version control systems to support team-based workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
