Summary:
You will be responsible for providing enterprise-level support to our
customers and partners. This is a very dynamic role where you will
provide technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve customer
problems, interface with development on various product issues,
and contribute to projects. This is an opportunity to grow your
technical skill set in a supportive learning environment while
working closely with nearly every internal and external facet of the
business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Resolve problems in response to customer- or
system-reported incidents via trouble tickets.
- Identify and break down problems using structured problem resolution approaches.
- Evaluate, diagnose, research, analyze and provide solutions to problems encountered.
- Setup and configure requests together with customer(s).
- Make changes to existing setups based on customer description.
- Escalate difficult, complex tasks to the next level.
- Collaborate with other teams on projects for new technology initiatives and deployments provide management with feedback about areas of technical concern for users and frequently encountered problems.
- Update skill set by keeping up with technology changes and industry trends.
- Attend trainings in accordance with professional development plan.
- Follow standard processes and procedures.
- Respect agreed service levels and KPI s.
- Working in shifts is required.
- Other one-time tasks assigned by Manager.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
- Ability to learn fast and become proficient with
unfamiliar systems.
- Ability to interact with different countries, cultures, clients
(internal and external).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and
verbal.
- Technical Support or IT experience is strongly desired.
- Experience in logistics- or transport business is preferred.
- Readiness and availability to work in shifts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
