Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves providing expert consulting services on intricate enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising organizations on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. Additionally, the position requires developing and implementing advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with market-leading practices and client objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to understand complex business needs and delivering strategic guidance forms a core part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of strategic plans to support enterprise platform initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in advising on technology platform selection and cost optimization strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence decision-making.
- Capability to analyze complex business challenges and provide innovative, practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
