Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To support day to day incidents
2. Reporting
3. Weekly status calls
4. Delta updates
Professional & Technical Skills:
1. SAP Succession certified/EC
2. Has atleast 1 implementation and support experience
3. AMS experience will be added advantage
4.Addtion module experience like SF EC, Comp or RCM
Additional Information:
1. Strong stakeholder management, good communication and client-handling skills
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving kills
3. Experience in handling tickets, incidents and change requests
4. Knowledge of integration with other SF modules is an added advantage
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
