What would you do? The Global Process Owner (Mid Level) is responsible for managing and continuously improving global Sales Operations processes across regions. This role combines process ownership, operational excellence, and strong project management capabilities to drive standardization, automation, compliance, and measurable business outcomes. The GPO will work closely with senior stakeholders, regional teams, and technology partners to deliver transformation initiatives effectively. Role Title: Global Process Owner – Sales Operations Function: Sales Operations Excellence Experience • 8–12 years of overall experience • 5+ years in Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Process Transformation • Experience preferably within a GBS or BPO environment

Roles and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Global Process Ownership • Own end to end global Sales Operations processes and ensure consistent execution across regions • Define and maintain global process documentation, SOPs, controls, and governance models • Drive adherence to process standards, risk frameworks, and compliance requirements Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement • Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence methodologies • Lead medium to large scale process optimization and automation initiatives in a global, matrixed environment • Partner with technology teams to enable digitization and automation of Sales Operations processes Project & Program Management • Plan and manage process transformation projects end to end, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies • Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure on time, on budget delivery • Track project progress, benefits realization, and KPI outcomes; proactively manage risks and issues • Coordinate cross functional project teams and drive accountability across stakeholders Requirement gathering & Analysis • Engage with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements • Conduct requirement elicitation sessions using interviews, workshops, and document analysis • Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Solution Delivery Support • Support design reviews to ensure solutions meet business requirements • Assist with test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect triage • Support implementation, training, and post go live stabilization activities Documentation & Governance • Create and maintain high quality documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and SOPs • Ensure requirements traceability from definition through delivery • Support compliance, audit, and governance requirements where applicable Stakeholder Management • Partner with senior leaders and client organizations to drive change and adoption • Act as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to diverse stakeholder groups Performance & Analytics • Define and track process KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards • Use data and analytics to drive root cause analysis, decision making, and continuous improvement • Ensure sustained benefits realization post implementation
