Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all projects handled by Accenture Song Brand Indonesia's analytics division.
  • Monitor, analyze and report clients marketing activity performance.
  • Conduct market research and audience behavior analysis using various tools and data sources.
  • Extract data driven key takeouts to provide recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Proactively responds to requests from internal and external stakeholders related to marketing trends, consumer behavior, competitors, forecasts, etc.
  • Plan precision targeting and optimization strategies for performance marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast and determine digital marketing communication campaign KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in relevant fields
  • 1 year of experience leading a team is a plus
  • Having experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Analytical thinking & good numerical reasoning skills
  • Good spoken & written communication skills
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and data sets
  • Proficiency in operating Google Sheet / Excel
  • Proficiency in operating Google Slides / PowerPoint
  • Exposure to FB Ads and Google Ads dashboard is a plus
  • Exposure to various marketing analytic tools (Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Meltwater, Global Web Index, etc) is a plus
