Everything was new to me when I first entered the field of technology consulting with a background in international trade. However, I believed that I could build my own strengths with a passion for learning and growing. In the first half-year, I gained experience by joining various projects, organizing project meeting materials, and reading a lot of technology and business-related research.
After attending two training sessions for global consultants in Accenture St. Charles Training Center, I had a better understanding of Accenture culture and the consulting methodology. By applying what I had learned in training to different projects, I kept building my skills and expertise.
Every effort has its rewards. My third trip to St. Charles was invited to share my experience in a blockchain project to Accenture leadership across the globe. Recently, I was fortunate enough to be the sole representative of Greater China to participate in the Technology Leadership Trailblazer Program, a joint program between Accenture and MIT Sloan School of Management.
