We are seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team in various leadership roles related to Oracle ERP systems. The available positions include Oracle Lead and Functional Managers specializing in Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Management Office (PMO), and Testing modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Oracle Lead:

  • Lead and grow the Oracle Practice within the organization, including identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and ramping up the team

  • Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options based on Oracle products

  • Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case

  • Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Oracle solutions are integrated with other technologies and services

  • Deliver Oracle Project Implementation and Consultancy Services

  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on Oracle solutions

Functional Manager (Finance/SCM/PMO/Testing):

  • Lead and manage the functional aspects of Oracle ERP systems within the respective module (Finance/SCM/PMO/Testing).

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements.

  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on best practices related to the respective module.

  • Manage and prioritize team activities to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources.

  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation and maximum utilization of Oracle ERP systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business processes, system configurations, and reporting requirements.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and evolving functionalities within the respective module.

Qualifications

Requirements:
(For Oracle Lead and Functional Managers)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Extensive experience in implementing and managing Oracle ERP systems, with expertise in the relevant modules (Finance/SCM/PMO/Testing).

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering ERP projects within the respective module, including full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.

  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Oracle certifications in the relevant modules are highly desirable.
