Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Coordinate both internal resources (can be onshore or offshore resources) / stakeholders and 3rd parties / vendors for smooth execution of projects
· Identify and manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implement projects
· Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress
· Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs
· Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner
· Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders
· Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation
Qualifications
Requirements:
· Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
· Minimum 7 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting
· Prior experiences on managing digital project(s), e.g. new mobile app / Web site implementation
· Prior experiences on managing analytics project(s) is advantageous but not mandatory
· Experiences on managing projects in vendor / consulting firm environment is highly preferred, i.e. PM in in-house environment not preferred
· Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery
· Strong technical background and project management skill
· Strong experience / knowledge in both traditional waterfall methodology as well as more modern Agile / iterative methods
· Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects. Several thousand-man days, could be ideal
· Excellent client facing and communication skills
· Must have strong English communication skills
· Certification on Project Management is preferred (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.)
· Experience on PMO services will be an advantage
