About Industrie&Co
Industrie&Co is an Accenture company under Accenture Interactive which specialize in building software-powered products and platforms for our clients. We have a strong reputation in the Financial Services sector and love solving complex problems. We are currently on the hunt for a passionate agile coach who will be based in our Hong Kong office working predominantly on FinTech and Digital Transformation projects
Your Role:
Work alongside colleagues and client engineers as part of an agile team to deliver high quality solutions, primarily running on cloud services
Hands-on with technical tasks, with a focus on developing high quality end-to-end solutions using modern technology stacks
This is a leadership role for which at least years of relevant experience is needed and inspires, help and lead fellow teammates
Qualifications
Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:
You have good working knowledge of micro-services oriented architecture and REST APIs
You have a proven track record of building robust and scalable backend solutions
You are comfortable with one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Typescript...)
You are comfortable around SQL and NoSQL databases
You write maintainable, tested, and well documented code bases
You are comfortable with cloud infrastructures and relevant automation tools (AWS, Docker, CI/CD, K8s, ...)
You have used one or more front-end web frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, ...)
You understand how to configure and manage non-functional software aspects (logging, telemetry, security, ...)
You enjoy picking up new languages and technologies
You have experience working in an agile environment with fast paced / iterative development
You have experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and / or Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
You have a Bachelor's Degree in any technical Discipline
You have 5+ years’ experience helping build great solutions end-to-end
You are a native or fluent English speaker
You love to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment
You embrace an open team structure
You are comfortable with consultative approach to technology
you have the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to become a trusted advisor for their technological needs
