Job Description
In This Role You Will:
- Partner with industry-leading clients on their top priority transformation agenda.
- Co-create with the client and coming up with solutions to their most complex challenges. Translating the solutions into a workable plan and implementation roadmap.
- Understand and clearly define the inputs required to create a business case and cost estimates. Then work closely with our delivery teams to bring the best value for the client’s investment.
- Mobilize the team and set-up the right delivery structure to succeed.
- Support global and market level sales and drive the adoption of modern tech solutions for our clients.
- Articulate a compelling business/ technology vision with industry and functional expertise. Bringing the value proposition and impact of business/ technology trends to our clients.
- Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current footprint.
- Drive strategic opportunities by incorporating innovative business/ technology solutions into broader transformations.
- Lead the creation of well-articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market-relevant business/ technology strategy.
Qualifications
We expect you to have:
- 8+ years professional experience in the banking and capital market industry.
- Experience within transformation / change functions in FS institutions – IB, Wholesale banks, private banks.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience delivering and managing complex transformation programs.
- Successful track record of implementing business/ tech solutions
- Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Working with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions for our clients.
- Customer facing skills that will allow you to drive discussions with senior stakeholders, regarding decision making, risk management, cost – benefit analysis, concise issue articulation / resolution.
- Commercial mind-set to provide best value for money to the client – by optimizing the delivery governance, team setup, architectural decisions, etc.
- Knowledge and experience in applying principles and patterns.
- An ability to think strategically about business, delivery, and client challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast-moving technology landscape.
