Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end creative production process for clients, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating effective communication and managing their expectations.

  • Translate client requirements and briefs between the internal team and clients, ensuring clarity and alignment.

  • Collaborate with the creative team, guiding them on project requirements and providing direction.

  • Manage project budgets, optimizing costs while delivering high-quality results.

  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure deliverables meet client specifications and Accenture's quality standards.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance click-off rates and overall production efficiency.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of copy and creative materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in both traditional Chinese and English.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative production management for digital campaigns, preferably with exposure to the financial services industry.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with the ability to read traditional Chinese.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience working with creative teams, including art directors and designers.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
