Job Description

In This Role You Will:

Partner with industry leading clients on their top priority transformation agenda.
Co create with the client and coming up with solutions to their most complex challenges. Translating the solutions into a technical design and implementation roadmap.
Understand and clearly define the inputs required to create a business case and cost estimates. Then work closely with our delivery teams to bring the best value for the client s investment.
Mobilize the team and set up the right delivery and architectural artifacts for our delivery teams to succeed.
Lead solution architecture assessments at client sites with senior client stakeholders.
Support global and market level sales and drive the adoption of modern tech solutions for our clients.
Articulate a compelling technology vision with industry and functional expertise. Bringing the value proposition and impact of technology trends to our clients.
Shape the role of technology in business strategies to capture market share.
Identify and prioritize value creation opportunities based on detailed assessment and analysis of current technology footprint.
Drive strategic opportunities by incorporating innovative technology solutions into broader business transformations.
Lead the creation of well articulated thought leadership assets that present innovative insight, knowledge, guidance, and recommendations on a specific market relevant technology strategy.


We expect you to have:

5 years client facing experience with Tech solutions from multiple industries, specifically in FS industry.
Minimum of 4 years experience delivering and managing complex ERP transformation programs.
Successful track record of implementing tech solutions and has led solution design for niche proof of concepts to complex deliveries.
Leading workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Working with Accenture Client Account Leads to create opportunities and solutions for our clients.
Customer facing skills that will allow you to drive discussions with senior stakeholders, regarding trade offs and best practices.
Commercial mind set to provide best value for money to the client by optimizing the delivery governance, team setup, architectural decisions, etc.
Knowledge and experience in applying modern architecture principles and patterns.
An ability to think strategically about business, delivery, and technical challenges.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a fast moving technology landscape.
