YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a CFO & EV Consulting Director a typical day might include:
- Analyzing, reviewing and reporting on the financial opportunities and challenges our clients face in the areas of strategy, processes, operations, and enterprise resource planning and enterprise performance management
- Evaluating an organization’s financial performance and profitability from end-to-end
- Supporting the CFO in defining and modeling the key drivers of current and future enterprise value
- Advising clients on the use of tools such as Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EPM Cloud, SAP BPC and emerging technologies (OneStream, Anaplan etc) to transform their organisation’s finance function through the application of modern technology solutions
- Translating financial strategies into tactics and plans, delivering and monitoring their execution across the organization
- Designing and deploying leading-edge EPM methodologies: ZBB, Scenario Based Planning, High-Frequency and Rolling Forecasting
- Supporting clients’ ERP and EPM transformations by educating and training their Finance workforce
- Transforming client’s finance & accounting functions, removing human middleware with such capabilities as EPM Cloud, On Premise/In-Memory & Mobile technologies
- Working across a dynamic, international team where English is the common language
- Collaborating with the best and brightest minds in the industry
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to practice-building efforts such as recruiting, training and attending community events
- Traveling globally to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
- Relevant degree (Business, Finance, Management etc)
- Minimum 8 years of Enterprise Resource Planner and/or Enterprise Performance Management Consulting experience
- Experience with planning, budgeting, and forecasting process design and implementation
- Experience in financial analysis, strategy, modeling and analytic reporting utilizing multi-dimensionality
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes and principles such as IAS and IFRS
- Relevant financial qualification (CIMA, CPA, ACA, CA) advantageous
- Knowledge of leading Enterprise Resource Planning applications such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud
- Knowledge of leading Enterprise Performance Management applications for financial consolidation such as Hyperion Planning, SAP BPC, Oracle ePBCS, Tagetik, OneStream, Cognos
