Responsibilities
  • Work with the digital marketing team to manage integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers
  • Support the day-to-day requirements of social content, community and resource allocation of client campaigns
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
Requirements
  • Degree in advertising, communications, creative media, or related fields
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing and campaigns
  • Understanding of customer-facing marketing channels and how they work together
  • Motivated, execution-oriented high-performance individual with strong process and metrics focus and passion for learning
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong without work VISA
