This senior design position will need to work in a team approach with other Designers, Project Managers and the Head of Creative on a variety of integrated digital projects and assignments. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with well-developed critical thinking skills who can process, react to, and solve problems in a timely manner as they arise. Candidates with agency background with success in managing international clients and with consulting experience will be considered strongly.
  • Possess strong leadership skills with strong capability to drive fresh creativity and ideas
  • Manage and lead teams of creatives and help to foster an environment where big ideas are put forward and pushed through to delivery
  • Develops impactful and creative concepts for multiple projects – ranging from digital marketing campaign, experimental marketing and digital transformation consultancy
  • Manage and execute creative copywriting on assigned projects with clients and internal teams to establish communication goal/objectives, develop visual/copy concepts and design alternatives using appropriate media
Skills & Experience
  • More than 10 years of copywriting experience in digital marketing / advertising agency
  • Knowledge of Adobe design software. Experience with HTML5 and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Creative tagline crafting, big idea formation, content writing and art directing. Able to churn out creative copy that enhances and compliments designer’s visual artworks
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, prominent level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions – with proven portfolio
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Excellent story-teller and persuasive speaker
  • Able to apply style guides creatively while upholding client brand identity
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and collaborative team player, with a portfolio that showcases your excellent conceptual and fluent copywriting in English and Chinese.
