Ellyn Shook

Ellyn Shook is Accenture’s chief leadership & human resources officer, responsible for helping the 505,000 people of Accenture succeed both professionally and personally. Her global team of HR experts is re-imagining leadership and talent practices to create the most truly human work environment, fueling Accenture’s differentiation in the market and ability to improve the way the world works and lives.

Ellyn is a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee. She is a strong advocate for diversity and equality, and Accenture has been widely recognized externally as an employer of choice and for its equality efforts.

Before being named chief human resources officer in 2014, Ellyn was senior managing director—Human Resources, and led Accenture’s Human Resources Centers of Expertise and the Human Resources Business Partner Organization. In this position, she was responsible for the design of Accenture’s talent architecture, as well as the company’s total rewards, talent supply chain and talent development programs.

Between 2004 and 2011, Ellyn was the global human resources lead for career and performance management, total rewards, employee engagement, and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in her career, she was head of global compensation, responsible for designing and implementing new executive compensation and equity programs—including equity grants at the time of the company’s IPO in 2001. She also led human resources for the company’s New York office for five years.

Ellyn is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shaper Community Foundation Board, the Women’s Leadership Board of the Women and Public Policy program at Harvard’s Kennedy School, and the steering committee of Paradigm for Parity. She also serves on the HR Policy Association’s Board of Directors and is an active member of the HR50 division of World50.

Ellyn joined Accenture in 1988 and became a partner in 2003. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.

Lisa M. Buckingham

Lisa Buckingham is formerly the Executive Vice President and Chief People, Place and Brand Officer at Lincoln Financial Group. She was with Lincoln Financial Group for more than 12 years, where she focused on Organizational Design and Development, Leadership Effectiveness, Culture Building, Enterprise Communications, Brand and Advertising, Business Continuity and Talent Development.

Ms. Buckingham has more than 30 years of Corporate Management experience and an extensive and accomplished background in people development and organizational design. In 2021, Ms. Buckingham was named Pennsylvania Woman of the Year by the Pennsylvania Diversity Council. In 2018, Ms. Buckingham was elected a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR), an honor considered the most prestigious in the field of human resources. In 2017, she was named HR Executive of the Year by HR Executive Magazine. In 2015, she was named one of the top 10 CHROs in a list published by Forbes.

Ms. Buckingham holds a B.A. from Georgetown University.

Christy Pambianchi

Christine M. Pambianchi is Verizon’s lead HR officer, managing all compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, training and labor relations functions for the nation’s leading provider of fiber-optic and global Internet networks and services. Prior to joining Verizon in July 2019, Christy was the Executive Vice President of People & Digital at Corning Incorporated. At Corning, she served in a variety of roles of increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Division Vice President of Business Human Resources, and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to working at Corning Incorporated, Christy worked at PepsiCo, Incorporated for ten years.

Corporate and charitable leadership
Christy serves as a director of the board of the Verizon Foundation. She also remains active at Cornell University as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the School of Industrial and Labor Relations and as a Board member for the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS). Christy is also a board member for the Lumina Foundation, a national foundation dedicated increasing the percentage of Americans with post-secondary education or credentials. She is an active supporter for FIRST Robotics, where she has also coached a team for five seasons. Christy has previously served on multiple school and arts center boards in her local community.

Personal and educational background
Christy holds a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and lives in New Jersey with her spouse and four children. Christy was inducted as a fellow to the National Academy of Human Resources, recognizing her career contributions to the field of HR.

Pat Wadors

Chief People Officer

Pat Wadors currently serves as Chief People Officer for Procore, the digital workflow company focused on improving the lives of everyone in construction. That purpose, as well as Pat’s longtime focus on building healthy companies that scale, drives her vision to create amazing employee experiences for Procore’s people around the world.

Prior to joining Procore in November 2020, Pat was the Chief Talent Officer of ServiceNow and prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President, Global Talent Organization at LinkedIn, where her focus was on recruiting and developing top talent, driving organizational transformation, supporting a highly engaged workforce, and growing LinkedIn’s global footprint.

Pat has also held human resources leadership positions at Plantronics, Yahoo!, Align Technology and Applied Materials. Pat earned her B.S. in business management with a concentration in human resources management and a minor in psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Pat currently serves on the boards of directors for Zenefits, Accolade, and El Camino Hospital.

Ashley Goldsmith

Ashley Goldsmith is chief people officer at Workday and has global responsibility for human resources, global impact, workplace facilities, and the Workday Foundation.
Prior to joining Workday, Ashley served as CHRO and executive vice president at Polycom. Preceding Polycom, she was senior vice president of human resources, corporate communications, and environmental health and safety for the Tissue Diagnostics Division at F. Hoffmann-La Roche. Ashley has also previously served as CHRO at Ventana Medical Systems and as divisional vice president of human resources at The Home Depot.

Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in human resource development from Georgia State University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Vanderbilt University.

Mirian Graddick-Weir

Mirian Graddick-Weir is formerly the executive vice president, Human Resources at Merck, where she had responsibility for all aspects of human resources for 68,000 colleagues located in over 90 countries. Mirian joined Merck in 2006 from AT&T, where she was executive vice president of Human Resources and Employee Communications. Prior to that role, she spent 20 years at AT&T holding numerous positions in HR and multiple operational roles.

Mirian is a member of the Board of Yum! Brands, Inc. and Booking Holdings, Inc. She serves on the Foundation Board of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and is a senior advisor to the Jersey Battered Women’s services (JBWS) organization. Previously, Mirian served as the Chair of the HR Policy Association and the National Academy of Human Resources (NAHR). In 2001, she was elected as a NAHR Fellow and in 2016 she was elected as a Distinguished Fellow of the Academy, the highest honor in the HR Profession.

Mirian earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Hampton University, a master's degree and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
