As a Project Manager in the Life Sciences sector at Accenture, you will have the unique opportunity to lead business-critical projects that make a tangible impact on our clients' success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, assembling specialists and driving projects from initiation to implementation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Leadership: Lead projects from inception to final delivery, ensuring they meet client objectives and expectations.
- Team Building: Assemble and allocate resources, create project plans, and manage ongoing delivery follow-ups.
- Client Engagement: Foster trust and respect with clients through effective communication and collaboration.
- Interdisciplinary Liaison: Act as a bridge between software engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Take responsibility for project budgets.
- Project Methodology: Utilize project management methodologies as required by the client context.
- Project Duration: Manage projects with varying lengths, depending on project size and phase.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Project Management Experience: Proven 4-5 years experience as a Project Manager in IT/technology projects.
Positive Leadership: A positive mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey project goals and expectations.
Problem-Solving: A problem-solving attitude with the ability to find solutions in challenging situations.
Educational Background: A master's degree in IT, Engineering, Technology, Economics, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian).
Life Sciences Experience: Experience working in or with Life Science companies or a background in Life Sciences would be highly desirable.
Location: Your base will be our office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, but most of your time will be spent working on-site at our clients' offices.
