Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Tech Consultant (Prague, Czech republic)
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics CRM Czech team. The ideal candidate will be a former developer with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), C#, HTML, JavaScript, Business Processes, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate. This role involves technical presentations, demos, architecture preparation, and technical code and architecture reviews. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical presentations and demos to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and design technical architectures tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct thorough technical code and architecture reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Dynamics 365 CE, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Develop and maintain PowerApps and PowerAutomate workflows to enhance business processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Dynamics 365 CE and related platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Document technical specifications and create user guides for solutions implemented.
Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant or similar role.
Strong background as a developer with expertise in C#, HTML, JavaScript.
In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, including customization and configuration.
Experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A continuous learner who is enthusiastic about embracing new technologies and methodologies.
Nice to haves:
Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
Experience with Azure services and integrations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
