Accenture's Management Consulting workforce is involved typically in various projects of helping companies to improve performance through analysis of existing business problems and development of future plans. Management consulting may involve the identification and cross-utilization of best practices, analytical techniques, change management and coaching skills, strategy development or even the simple advantage of an outsider's perspective. Management consultants generally bring formal frameworks or company methodologies to identify problems or suggest more effective or efficient ways of performing business tasks.

We need people who are able to think out of the box, are creative and flexible, able to offer unique perspectives and conceive more innovative solutions for our clients.

Qualifications

Management Consulting Analysts work in project teams, which typically consist of 3 to 8 consultants led by a manager. The expectation is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change. Early on, they are responsible for a well-defined part of their team's work. They are typically involved in discussions with, and presentations to senior client leaders. Our MC Analysts are usually assigned to a project on full-time basis. Each project generally lasts for 2-6 months.
 

  • University degree  (Bachelor degree minimum)

  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and English language (spoken & written)

  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Desire to work in an environment of the creative projects focused to solve the business requirements of the client

​We seek juniors, who are highly motivated, able to grow quickly, are able to work under pressure. This has to be accompanied by outstanding academic record, leadership skill and ability to work in a team. Participation in our internship programs or similar like programs, or any experience with the jobs requiring analytical skills are the advantage.
