The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing Transformation, Commerce & Sales and Service. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
As a Digital Marketing Manager within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song Practice, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for our clients across various industries. This role involves leading the design and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on campaign strategy, paid media, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, and leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI to enhance digital marketing outcomes.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including programmatic advertising, and SEO
- Oversee the campaign strategy across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand guidelines
- Design, implement, and manage advanced programmatic advertising campaigns, leveraging platforms like The Trade Desk and Google DV360
- Conduct and oversee website audits, optimize SEO, and collaborate with developers to enhance site performance
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns using tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Hootsuite, etc.
- Leverage generative AI to enhance content creation and digital marketing strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and drive business outcomes
- Utilize strong leadership skills to guide project management, plan, execute, and deliver multiple initiatives in collaboration with clients and internal teams

Qualifications
Your experience counts!
MBA from a tier 1 institute or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree completed
Overall experience of 6+ years with at least 3+ years of experience in designing / managing marketing campaigns particularly within the industry (E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom etc.)
Demonstrable experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
Working experience on consumer base management campaigns (Upsell/ Cross-sell and Retention)
Hands on experience on Mar-tech tools such as Adobe campaign, Marketo, Adobe, Cloud, Google Marketing platform, Google Ads, Pega decisioning, SFMC etc.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B and multivariate experiments
Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
Strong experience in shaping and driving engagements and ability to lead project teams
Availability to travel may be required.
