The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will provide transformation services driven by key offerings like Marketing, Sales and Service, Commerce. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting business metrics in a positive manner.
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build, and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following:

Gather business requirements, designing process & solution for implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM and other content platform.

Conduct content platform technology vendor assessment and developing use cases and develop business case.

Translate business requirements into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)/content platform functional specifications and process flows. Work as a BA, PO or functional consultant as part of the CMS/DAM implementation

Collaborating with various client and Accenture business and technology stakeholders in implementing AEM/content platform solution and assisting in change management and adoption of the new tool/process.

Conducting business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems, documenting current processes and systems - use the specification to create requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement changes.

Collecting and sharing best practices on solution positioning and delivery for clients

Lead content management process and technology assessment, KPI and its definition, solution and vendor assessment for different technologies including Adobe.

Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the content management and digital marketing space.

Your experience counts!

5+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements and creating and maintaining functional specifications.
-
2+ year of implementing web content management and/or eCommerce applications.

Proficient understanding of all AEM OOTB components and features like DAM, workflows, personalization, sites, how to overlay components for customizations, integrations with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Commerce solutions like Hybris Commerce, Magento, AEP

Proficient understanding and working experience of creating and maintaining functional specifications for new AEM templates, AEM components including authoring widgets, custom widgets, and workflow customization/creation.

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility needs

Working experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
-
Working experience with Agile methodology and Scrum practices, writing user stories
-
Identifying marketing process improvement opportunities.
