About the Role
Join Accenture and become a strategic analytics partner supporting one of our largest global clients, Microsoft. We are looking for a highly analytical, business-oriented professional who can transform complex data into actionable insights and influence business decisions through evidence-based recommendations.
As a Data Analytics Lead, you will work directly with Microsoft stakeholders and Accenture leadership, helping drive performance, optimize business outcomes, and enhance analytics capabilities within a fast-paced Digital Sales environment.
This role combines data analytics expertise, business strategy, stakeholder engagement, and consulting skills, offering a unique opportunity to shape decisions that impact business growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business performance data and uncover actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner with Microsoft stakeholders to understand business priorities, reporting needs, and performance metrics.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to leadership audiences.
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions and analytical frameworks.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting solutions, and business intelligence capabilities.
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, performance measurement, and opportunity identification.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic business insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with global analytics and reporting teams across multiple geographies.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Microsoft VDS analytics function.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience analyzing large datasets and extracting meaningful business insights.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to connect analytics outcomes to business performance.
- Experience presenting complex information to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience supporting Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Digital Sales, or Inside Sales organizations.
- Knowledge of commercial analytics, revenue metrics, and performance management frameworks.
- Consulting experience with strong client-facing exposure.
- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using modern analytics tools.
- Exposure to forecasting methodologies and trend analysis techniques.
