As an IAM Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise-level Global Directory (LDAP) services. You will work on a business‑critical identity platform, supporting daily operations while contributing to improvements and future cloud migration initiatives.
YOUR MISSION:
Operate and support Global Directory (LDAP) services across multiple environments, including manual data maintenance and user management
Perform manual interventions such as copying users between environments and maintaining directory data consistency
Develop, customize, and maintain LDAP scripts for reporting, audits, staging, and export purposes, including adding new attributes and filtering bind/access data
Implement schema extensions within a defined OID range and customize Access Control Instructions (ACIs) across environments
Troubleshoot LDAP-related issues and collaborate with international teams on service stability, standardization, and continuous improvement
Support preparation activities for a planned cloud migration in the coming years
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
2–5 years of experience in directory services, identity management, or infrastructure / operations engineering roles
Hands-on experience with LDAP / Active Directory, including: LDAP, LDIF, ldapmodify, ldapsearch
Strong experience working in Linux environments, including shell scripting for automation and reporting
Ability to work in complex, enterprise-scale production environments
Advanced English language skills (B2+)
Nice to have:
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments
Terraform, Kubernetes
Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
Ops Services
Exposure to cloud or hybrid identity migrations #LI-EU
