Technology Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities
Lead technology strategy and digital transformation workstreams from problem definition to strategic recommendations
Understand client business strategy and operational challenges, translating them into technology strategies and transformation initiatives that drive value creation
Translate business ambition into coherent technology strategies, digital transformation roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives
Lead qualitative and quantitative analyses related to business performance, digital capabilities, and value realization
Assess global, economic, technology, and social trends to identify business-relevant strategic opportunities and risks
Define technology-enabled strategic programs across business functions to optimize performance
Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology enablement
Coach and develop team members, ensuring structured strategic thinking and high-quality outputs
Job Qualifications
Extensive experience in strategy consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation, either in a top-tier consulting firm and/or in-house strategy role
Strong business acumen, with a proven ability to leverage technology as a catalyst for business transformation and value creation
Experience defining technology or digital strategies and transformation roadmaps (strategy-focused, not delivery-focused)
Ability to engage confidently with both business leaders and technology stakeholders
Natural leadership and strong communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English and Portuguese
