Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable outcomes. The engineer works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable AI applications within agreed timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries used for developing machine learning models.
- Experience in building and deploying cloud-based AI services and integrating them into production pipelines.
- Familiarity with generative AI models and their application in real-world scenarios.
- Ability to work with deep learning architectures, neural networks, and related AI technologies.
- Competence in handling data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and optimization.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
