Cloud Engineer (AWS)
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Operations & Support
- Support and enhance AWS cloud platform operations.
- Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous service improvement
- Ensure platform reliability, availability, and compliance.
Infrastructure Automation
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Build automation solutions and operational tooling.
- Improve provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance capabilities through automation.
- Integrate cloud environment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with client infrastructure, application and security teams.
- Participate in technical design workshops and architecture reviews.
- Support the creation of operational procedures, standards, and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on AWS cloud experience
- Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform operations experience
- Proven experience supporting enterprise scale cloud environments
- Experience working in pharmaceutical or regulated industries
- Experience handling customer facing technical discussions and solution delivery
