1.负责采购到付款（PTP）流程中的发票处理工作，确保供应商发票及时、准确入账，并符合公司内控及合规要求。
主要职责
• 负责供应商发票审核、录入及处理，确保按时完成相关工作。
• 核对发票信息、采购订单及相关支持文件的准确性。
• 与供应商及内部业务团队沟通并解决发票异常问题。
• 跟进未清项及账龄分析，支持月结工作。
• 持续优化流程并维护相关操作文档。

负责员工差旅及费用报销审核工作，确保报销流程符合公司政策及审计要求，并为员工提供高质量运营支持。
主要职责
• 审核并处理员工差旅及费用报销申请。
• 确保报销流程符合公司政策及合规要求。
• 解答员工报销相关咨询并处理异常案例。
• 支持费用数据核对、分析及运营报告工作。
• 持续推动T&E流程优化及员工体验提升。
• 财务、会计或相关专业专科及以上学历。
• 具备良好的英语读写能力，可进行日常工作沟通。
• 工作细致严谨，具备较强的数据准确性意识。
• 具备良好的抗压能力及多任务处理能力。
优先条件
• 具备共享服务中心或BPO相关经验。
• 熟悉SAP、Oracle等ERP系统。
