Procurement Operations Processor
Job Title: Procurement Operations Associate.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for supplier sourcing and onboarding for product categories including FRP products and raw materials, chemicals, wind farm equipment, mechanical tooling, and molds.
2.Responsible for domestic and international procurement of discrete demands and spare parts, including material requirements breakdown; carry out sourcing, price negotiation, supplier selection, purchase order placement, and other procurement activities.
3.Execute e-bidding projects and be responsible for contract negotiation and signing.
4.Responsible for material price maintenance.
5.Responsible for following up on material order delivery and reconciliation.
6.Handle other procurement-related processes and administrative work.
Location: Dalian.
Job Requirements:
1.2–5 years of work experience; bachelor’s degree or associate degree; proficient in office software.
2.Candidates with an engineering or science background are preferred; experience in procurement related to CAPEX categories (such as equipment, molds, or tooling), blade process materials, composite materials, chemicals (such as resins and coatings), structural adhesives, rubber and plastic parts, etc. is preferred; strong cost analysis skills and the ability to conduct fast bidding and price negotiations.
3.Solid procurement expertise, clear logical thinking, strong execution skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
4.Strong customer service mindset and communication skills; able to communicate effectively with internal client teams and suppliers. Strong cross-functional communication skills and a good team player.
5.Experience related to spare parts is preferred; candidates from well-known companies or with overseas project experience are preferred. Candidates with experience in procurement, R&D, quality control, supply chain planning, or delivery will be given priority.
6.Language requirement: English for business reading and writing.
