Finance Process & Operations Processor
Responsibilities:
- Unapplied payment management
- Credit term extension
- Write-offs/recovery/credit write-backs/escheatment
- Support queries for account reconciliations
- Credit offset
- Withholding tax clearin and reconcilation
- Refund clearing
- Escalate to Team Lead and communicate between different departments, if needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- 1+ years of working experience preferred; candidates with experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Service Center (SSC), Customer Service, or related operational functions are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and functions.
