Sales Operations Analyst
1. 激励计划制定：
与客户销售领导团队合作，定义目标、激励计划和策略。
2. 激励计划实施：
实施客户提供的计划，维护销售激励计划，包括指标、目标、支付结构和绩效门槛，同时考虑不同的销售渠道和产品线。
3. 数据分析：
收集并分析销售数据，评估销售绩效与目标的对比情况，识别趋势并评估现有激励计划的有效性。
4. 销售对齐：
与客户协作，确保激励计划与整体业务目标和销售策略保持一致。
5. 沟通与培训：
向销售团队清晰传达激励计划的细节，提供计划机制的培训，并解答相关问题或疑虑。
6. 绩效监控：
跟踪销售绩效与激励计划指标的对比情况并发布相关信息。
7. 合规管理：
确保所有激励计划符合公司政策、监管要求和客户提供的法律标准。
8. 系统管理：
管理销售激励计算系统，确保数据输入准确并及时支付佣金。
9. 利益相关者管理：
与包括财务、人力资源和销售运营在内的跨职能团队合作，确保激励计划的顺利实施和管理。
