Business Advisory Associate
岗位职责：
- 负责日常应付账款（AP）相关操作，包括发票处理、系统录入及基础核对工作
- 跟进未清项（open items），协助解决发票差异问题
- 与内部业务团队（采购、财务等）沟通，确保流程顺畅推进
- 支持月结工作，如数据核对、报表整理等
- 与越南user通过邮件或电话沟通，处理发票，付款以及合同相关问题
- 审核 user 提交的 Contract Request Form，判断协议类型，并协助发起内部审批流程
- 根据业务需求提供标准合同模板，确保使用合规版本
- 发起并协调合同 review 流程，对接供应商与内部 stakeholder 完成条款确认
- 跟进合同签署进度，确保合同及时完成签约
- 定期跟进线下签署情况，收集并归档合同电子版本
任职要求：
- 本科或以上学历，越南语专业优先
- 具备良好的英语及越南语沟通能力（越南语为必须条件）
- 有0-2年AP或CS相关经验优先
- 熟悉基础办公软件（Excel、Outlook等），有ERP系统经验优先（如SAP）
- 工作细致认真，有责任心，具备良好的执行力
- 具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作意识
