Business Architect H2 Consulting Manager
Responsibility
With your knowledge of R&D and engineering, generate innovative PLM solutions with Accenture team and Accenture domestic and international clients. Drive IPD and PLM transformation opportunities with your domain knowledge and client works. Work closely with Accenture domain experts from manufacturing and SCM, etc. to co-create large scale digital transformation opportunities across various industry verticals Collaborate with industry account leaders and other service line leaders to generate and/or deliver large scale PLM transformation projects. Support Accenture global PLM knowledge asset localization initiatives in Greater China region. Lead local team to generate and deliver global, regional and local PLM projects with solid experience in project planning, resourcing, contracting, client stakeholder management and risk management, etc. Drive or support sales process from deal origination to successful closing, including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation and client presentations.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent.
10+ years of PLM solution design, PLM solution development and relevant project delivery experience, experience in managing delivery of consulting solutions in relevant industries.
Familiar with Dassault solutions, Siemens (Teamcenter), PTC (Windchill) （Must Have）
Oracle, SAP or similar solutions is a plus.
Practical experience in PDM, Product Configurator, xBOM and BOP management, etc.
